• Concurrently managed multiple rounds and stages of the NHS Housing Supply Challenge – a 5-year, $300M Federal program that aims to reduce barriers to housing supply in Canada. Led teams that had the following responsibilities: negotiations for 30 contracts worth a total of $110M, onboarding, coaching and performance evaluation for staff, prototyping and testing the competition designs, external engagement, obtaining budget and timeline approvals, producing the official documentation, and managing the operations of the program delivery team.
• Co-led the design and implementation team of the ECOH virtual community of practice (part of the National Housing Strategy's Innovation and Research initiatives). Responsible for the design of the online environment through a virtual platform; animation and thought leadership, data capture; privacy protection, and implementation of the strategy to expand the network.
• Led a team in the design and implementation of the CMHC Housing Research Awards Program. Developed a knowledge mobilization plan and project managed the writing of 110 Project Profiles on the CMHC website.
