• Leader of a team of 62 models and 5 executives
• Coordinated rehearsals, photoshoots and other events, fundraising more than $ 20 000 to the Children’s Health Foundation.
• Communicate and outreach with other departments such as clothing, photography and stage design to provide the best platform for the models.
• Provided models with support and encouragement during difficult times. Gained excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
