  • Managed a team of 20 personnel including NIWC PAC, NFESC, NIWCLANT, contractors and 2 universities (Arizona State University and Stanford) in the areas of VL/LF engineering and the Fixed Submarine Broadcast System (FSBS).
  • Managed the project schedule and budget. Worked with budgets ranging from $5M - $20M.
  • Received appropriations of RDTE , OPN, and OMN. Well versed in all the rules and regulations associated with the different appropriations.
  • Managed stakeholder communications to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Stakeholders include NAVIOFR and NAVWAR as well as NIWC Pacific CO, XO, TD.
