Managed a team of 20 personnel including NIWC PAC, NFESC, NIWCLANT, contractors and 2 universities (Arizona State University and Stanford) in the areas of VL/LF engineering and the Fixed Submarine Broadcast System (FSBS).
Managed the project schedule and budget. Worked with budgets ranging from $5M - $20M.
Received appropriations of RDTE , OPN, and OMN. Well versed in all the rules and regulations associated with the different appropriations.
Managed stakeholder communications to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Stakeholders include NAVIOFR and NAVWAR as well as NIWC Pacific CO, XO, TD.
