  • In this very fast paced position, I edit and format legal orders, petitions and all other legal documents, route documents to Commissioners, Chief Counsel, and other staff for review and approval
  • I use an internal program to docket legal documents to be posted on public website, update proofs of service lists for internal and external websites, work with Webworks to ensure events were correctly added to the public facing events page, etc
  • I coordinated and facilitated an offsite informational hearing and site visit, in which I worked with outside vendors
  • I obtain and review bids and contracts from outside vendors to ensure they would be acceptable with our budgetary constraints before I sent them to the procurement coordinator, forward insurance information to facilities managers, obtained court reporters and Spanish interpreters, arranged transportation to and from the site for all parties, set up the Zoom events, etc
