I have 6 years of successful experience regarding funeral services, one year full time and the remaining 5 years working as a partner. In Shanghai, where I work, my original job includes starting from answering customer's phone calls (also including advance arrangement), visiting customers to set up the place, arranging the funeral home and booking the specific time of the funeral, the most important work of selling the products as well as the funeral service to selling the cemetery at the later stage. The above is the most basic customer facing work. Others include interfacing with funeral homes and vendors. I know there will be a lot of differences between Canada and China, but I believe that my past experience is absolutely favorable for me to work in your company. And holding an open level, I can re-learn the company's sales norms as well as the service process.
