With over 15 years of experience in airline operations, I have honed comprehensive expertise in passenger services, performance calculations, route planning, and cross-departmental coordination. I recently earned my Master of Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology - Vancouver campus, building on a solid foundation in mathematics from my bachelor’s degree. My proactive approach to learning and strong communication skills enable me to excel in dynamic environments. I am now seeking to transition into the energy field within the Canadian market, where I am eager to leverage my skills to drive efficiency and innovation.
1. EFB project:
EFB is a company-level cross-
departmental coordination project, which is of great significance for the entire airline to move towards paperless operation and cost savings. I participated in and led the whole process from the beginning of the project to the successful operation of the project, and won the company's highest medal in 2015.
2. Airbus performance
I have no background in civil aviation, but I was assigned to study the performance data of Airbus in 2010. It took me three months to study and understand all the indicators of Airbus, build the company's own database internally, and realize continuous iteration and optimization. Until now, it is still running well.
3. Flight plan
In 2018, I was assigned to the flight planning department again, analyzed the company's daily operation of nearly 1,000 routes, designated the most reasonable flight plan, took into account maintenance, ground service, cargo loading, regular maintenance, unexpected conditions, etc., and did not make any small mistakes in five years, realizing the company's maximum benefit and saving success.
