• Continuous Improvement (CI) & Lean Transformation: Championed a culture of "Quality at the Source" through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Directed site-wide CI initiatives that resulted in a 22% reduction in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and significant overhead savings through waste elimination.
• Automation & Industry 4.0 Integration: Led the roadmap for digital transformation, deploying automated optical inspection (AOI), robotic process automation (RPA) in testing phases, and real-time data analytics to predict manufacturing variances before they impact the line.
• Network Leadership & Compliance: Maintained multi-site compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 / 9110 , NADCAP and Transport Canada manufacturing standards. Served as the primary technical point of contact for Tier-1 global customers during high-stakes audits and technical reviews.

• Planned and executed flawless certification of new multiple site structure simultaneously with fully rewritten modernized Quality Management system

• Aero-structures / Major suppliers / Rework operations team -Responsible for Quality deliverable to Final assembly lines from internal fabrications and sub assemblies as well as major structure incoming from international Bombardier site and partners, SACC China.
• Major supplier development strategy resulted in reduction of safety stock inventory by 2.8M
• Launched cross functional team concept and increased corporate audit standing to 2nd place from 7th during corporate annual audit results.

• Realized Quality Recovery of Mexico Bombardier site due to deteriorating performance as well as development opportunity in international assignment.
