Fall 2021 I began to consistently train and work out 6 days a week with the goal of entering competitive body building
• Creating and maintaining strict workout routines 6 days a week
• Developed a diet and food prep schedule
• Future goals are to start competing at age 18 with Mr. Olympia being the end goal
