New product transfer from R&D (pilot) to Plant – Commercial scale. Lead initial/first
production schedules for new products.
• Liaison with ingredient/raw material suppliers while maintaining the technical requirements
of the projects, identify material norms before approvals. Identify potential alternative
suppliers and generate recommendations for process improvement.
• Develop maintain database to keep track of new innovations (recordings of parameters),
their timelines, target launch, customer requirements, resource utilization and other related
aspects. Identify any deviations in new formulations resulting from formula changes,
allergen alerts and work with production to trouble shoot them and bring back consistency.
• Evaluate new packaging, ingredients, formulation revisions and communicate to associated
stakeholders via designated communication channels.
