Summary

Currently employed by EPAM Systems and subcontracted to Verizon, where I was an administrator of an instance of over 3,000 users, handling all user requests, and making complex workflows, forms, and automations for users.

I was handling support for the full Atlassian suite of products: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd, which are now running on AWS infrastructure. I also maintained their development instance and was used to migrate and upgrade several other production Atlassian Data Center instances.

Before this, for six years, I was the main and oftentimes the only system administrator for Atlassian products at Index Exchange, a company with more than 600 employees. I migrated the products from on-server to Docker, created automated backup systems, and a test instance.

At both positions, I was serving as an integrations engineer, linking various and diverse SaaS systems to JIRA, Confluence, and other applications with custom Python scripts and workflows.
