I enjoyed biking because its an excellent form of exercise that provides cardiovascular benefits, helps improve stamina, and strengthens muscles.  Hiking offers a sense of adventure and exploration. It allows me to discover new trails, hidden gems, and breathtaking landscapes. Each hike can be a unique experience, offering surprises, challenges, and a chance to push your boundaries.
