D. Anticoagulation Service Management Clinic (2013-2015):
- Partner with ALERE CANADA & Standing Stone USA in establishing the first Anticoagulation Management Service Clinic Model in community pharmacies, May 2013- October 2015.
- Responsible for implementing the clinic policy, guidelines, practice protocol and patient education materials. Also, updating the Standing Stone (CoagClinic) software to fit with the Canadian standards and guidelines.
- Responsible for the physicians and patients’ promotion and awareness campaign.
- We started the clinic project effectively in November 2014 at Shoppers Drug Mart 1085, Guelph Ontario (a 1000 Rx/day volume store). The pilot project at SDM Guelph ended in September2015.

E. Immunization clinics 2024-2025:
- Organize and conduct multiple immunization clinics across long-term care and assisted living facilities in Niagara County, Ontario.
- Administer flu and COVID vaccinations annually and biannually, serving an average of 600 to 1000 patients per cycle.
