With over 10 years of professional and research experience, Mr. Aleadelat is a highly skilled engineering professional specializing in transportation asset management, transportation data science, risk management, and life cycle planning. Currently serving as an Associate (Project Manager) at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), he develops asset management plans for complex long span bridges, including the Yerba Buena Tunnel in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additionally, Mr. Aleadelat works as a Research Scientist at the Wyoming Technology Transfer Center, contributing to the development and enhancement of the Wyoming State Transportation Asset Management Plan. Holding a PhD in Civil Engineering with a focus on transportation asset management, his research introduces an innovative framework of optimization analysis, evaluation methodologies, and data science techniques to enhance infrastructure management policies and practices.
