• Managed Application Infrastructure: Worked as a System administrator was responsible to
  maintain and OS installation of server
• Monitored the server alerts through HP SM, Site24x7 and troubleshooting alerts.
• Coordinated with different teams, accomplished POC activity on application before
  implementing it on production server.
• Analyzed online transaction failure logs, was meticulously involved in completing critical DC - DR
  Cutover and Cutback (Drill) activities, and made enrollment reports and shared them with
  respective team.

• Managed Cloud Services: Responsible for EC2 instance creation, S3 bucket creation, deletion and managed permission, creating lambda script for Instance auto power on-off, configure Lifecycle policy for EBS volume with retention period, and IAM for creating roles, user, group and also, configured MFA to provide additional security to AWS account and its resources.
• Cloud watch to monitor services for AWS resources, and Cloud trail to track event history of AWS account activity. VPC peering configured with same account and different account, SSM configured on Instances.
• Configuration Management: Instance type modified, and Instance created & deleted as per client requirement, OS upgraded and deployed security patches through SSM in weekend activity.

❋ Working as a System Engineer on below role:

• Junior Linux Admin: Started working on AWS cloud with responsibilities maintaining EC2 Linux instance, created LVM partition, created Snapshots of EBS volume, created AMI of EC2 instance.
• Information Security Analyst: Patch management, Anti-virus management, Software updates, monthly basis Audits on OS checklist, pushing Antivirus updates on client system, which are not updated. Scanning system through Nessus tool to check Vulnerabilities and mitigate them on affected system.
• IT support specialist: On-site and remote technical assistance including setting up of computer hardware systems, OS installation, upgrading software, troubleshooting, Microsoft exchange email issue, sending and receiving mail, live meetings, and network-related issues.
