• Carry out machine operation and inspection duties daily, including:
o Place weighed waste materials into mixing machine and operate machine to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specified consistency or viscosity
o Monitor operation making necessary calibration and input adjustments: regulate material supply and add chemicals and colourants to mixture
o Unload mixture output into container or conveyor for further processing
o Monitor inventory of required work material and maintain clean working area
• Troubleshoot problems with machine, reporting issues to management and perform minor repairs
• Assist with waste "receiving"duties, including:
o Loading supplies onto transport vehicles
o Unloading transport vehicles so waste can be weighed and processed
o Sorting, packaging, bulking, labeling and organizing waste on site

• Assessed equipment after each production run and performed preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.

• Operated the production machine (Notching), set up and tested the press for precise cutting of the electrode according to specifications and standards
• Interpreted process sheets and safety work instructions
• Performed weekly maintenance on machine; troubleshot and resolved problems
• Identifying, organizing, stock material work
• Operated machining equipment safely with team of operators.
• Calibrated, tested, and adjusted machine settings or controls in preparation for production operations.
• Updated daily production logs and informed management of production incidents or non-conformance issues.
