• Input, manage, code invoices and reconcile temp labor allocations to Kronos at month-end closing.
• Set up wires/ACH.
• Prepare and train department members on Company Daily Sales reports and other tasks.
• Responsible for monthly analysis of general ledger reconciliation and perform adjustments as needed.
• Reviewed accounts, resolved coding areas, and tracked prepaid expenses.
• Maintain monthly schedules of fixed assets, record acquisition/disposition and prepare depreciation journal entries at month-end closing.
• Set-up and and maintain all customer accounts.
• Review and approve customer credit applications.
• Resolve AP/AR, and Billing Departments issues with external vendors and internal personnel.
• Reconcile and file GST/HST.
• Manage and reconcile company credit card holder expense reports.
• Filling in for Accounting Manager when in absence.
• Calculate and prepare monthly Sales Reps commissions.
• Manage petty cash.
• Work closely with CFO, Controller, and Accounting Manager with accounting-related activities.
• Work closely with the controller to clean and integrate acquired company.
• Work with external audit team on documentation and testing to complete year-end audit.
