• Monitor daily rejection with pareto diagram and analyze the process with 7 QC tools.
• Expertise in Customer quality, including close interaction with HMSI as a key member for quality activities such as QA plan, technical meeting, Sample submission and trials.
• Take containment action and permanent countermeasure to meet the expectation of customer in case non-conformance part reporting in 8D and in 7QC steps.
• Prepare and participate in meeting within the development team to discuss and align project related activities.
• Identifying training needs of associates related to IATF 16949, EMS and OSHAS, Conduct Process, and system audit throughout the operation and responsible for NC closure and Countermeasure senescence.
• Act as technical coach and mentor for various aspects of project and change management within the team.
