Cloud Migration Project Manager, Tenn Care Govt of Tennessee (IBM USA), 05/2023, Present, As a Cloud Migration Project Manager I have to work for Govt of Tennessee for their two Health Care applications Migration project to Azure Cloud and have to manage a team of 15 plus resources and my roles and responsibilities include reaching out to various Cloud Architects, Portfolio Managers, IT Directors, Application owners, Release Managers and Business partners and work with them to understand their requirement to migrate the existing Tenn Care HealthCare legacy applications to Azure Cloud and take care of post Migration Maintenance activities like Sev1 and Sev2 incidents with regards to the signed SLA. Managed risks and change management processes for all assigned projects, working with peers and leaders to take corrective action as necessary. Identified and engaged key resources needed to execute each project’s plan. Managed and actively provided oversight of the execution of multiple project plans. Managed software projects using Agile management tools (e.g. Atlassian JIRA, Bugzilla). Planned and initiated through execution, monitoring, control, and completion. Managed multiple projects at a time with competing resources at a global level. Used Service Now to track the weekly, quarterly and Monthly Microsoft patches into production, pre-production, staging and performance environment and made sure changes are tested and released on time as per ongoing sprint activities.

I oversee the current project as Test Manager which is a transformation project where we must remove the dependency of already existing SAP Applications to reduce the future cost and replace them with various API i.e., sending fulfillment requests through various Postman API’s and to build the regression Automation suit using Tosca Automation for SAP, Retail and Dealer Life Cycle Management teams. We are using Scrum framework to track the progress in Jira and Confluence. Handling SAP enterprise application development and support of T Mobile business critical system SAP BPC 10.1 running on top of HANA and SAP OER solution.
