Responsible for aligning material requirement plan (MRP) with master production schedule (MPS) & demand plan with maintaining target inventory levels and ensuring resource availability to ensure timely delivery to meet customer demand.

• Release integrated monthly demand plan by CDP process & feed into ERP.

• Monitored daily stock level by Sku to fulfill demand & coordinated stock replenishment from vendor & inter branch warehouses.
• Managed inventory aging to minimize obsolescence.
• Accountable for resolving inventory discrepancies by planning cycle count based on ABC classification. Inventory reconciled by units and dollar value.
• Managed master data within WMS systems to ensure accurate inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Designed and optimized warehouse layout to enhance operational efficiency and maximize storage capacity & released warehouse capacity report monthly.
• Monitored key performance indicators including inventory accuracy, reducing excess/obsolete inventory, optimizing stock levels and minimize stock outs.

Optimized manufacturing processes by creating and managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of products by applying chase production method within a make-to-stock automotive environment to meet varying demand levels while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Released daily production plan for injection molding shop, paint shop & finished goods assembly line with issuing work order's as per plan & reconciled work orders.
• Released monthly preventive maintenance plan for machines & tools.
• Managed & controlled work in process (WIP), finished goods (FG), raw material (RM), and bill of materials (BOM) commodity inventory levels. Controlled overall monthly SAN value within norms by inventory reconciliation.
• Managed product & tool cycle time, routings, bill of material master data for production.
• Monitored and optimized key performance indicators (KPIs) including production plan vs actual from 70% to 85%, customer schedule adherence at 100%, downtime reduction from 30% to 15%, and capacity utilization from 70% to 90%.
