- ~ Maintain Sewer lift stations, troubleshoot 480 volt, 240 volt motors and pumps
- Change out breakers from 5 amp all the way up to 600 amp
- Change out soft starts and variable frequency drives
- Rebuild pumps when necessary
- Maintain and rebuild surge tanks and air compressor systems
- Plumb fittings and sewer lift station connections
- Troubleshoot electrical issues around the sewer plant
- Replace transducers for tank levels and program.
- Maintain/ repair aerators for sewer ponds
- Trench for new conduit and do wire pulls and panel connections when necessary
- Run heavy equipment and Vactor trucks daily
- Operate cranes for pulling pumps that weigh upwards of 8,000 pounds
- Taking care of 300hp motors and 15 stage turbine pumps for south East reservoir.
- Replacing motors, pumps and mechanical seals
- Megger motors/test insulation.
- Work with fluke meters to check voltages and amperage.
- Operate wonderware scada system
