  • Reporting to business CFO and responsible to deliver suites of MI reports to track financial performance in line with business strategy for Wealth & Personal banking (WPB).
  • Managed 24 month forecast / planning / budgeting, stress testing (ST) with high intense timeline pressure.
  • Detailed review of financial performance, plan and forecast with senior leadership under business, global partners and country heads. This includes presentation, story telling and key KPI tracking.
  • Gathered great knowledge on data-flow from branch banking to reporting and excellent usage skills on systems including IBM tools Cognos, Hyperion, TM1, SmartView, Essbase etc., Exposure to Power BI on Qlik, and Tableau
  • Played key role under various projects on cost optimization,, revenue leakage and offshore management. Also managed large scale projects, introduced new system, tools and processes to achieve challenging objectives.

  • Managed 9 members team to deliver end to end MI for America’s (Canada, US and LATAM) includes Data submission, Report production and detailed analysis includes both revenue and cost by products and proposition
  • Building and streamlining financial models towards Annual Operating plan, Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Responsible for all governance mandates by leveraging extensive communication with all stakeholders and internal management
