• Managed 9 members team to deliver end to end MI for America’s (Canada, US and LATAM) includes Data submission, Report production and detailed analysis includes both revenue and cost by products and proposition
• Building and streamlining financial models towards Annual Operating plan, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Responsible for all governance mandates by leveraging extensive communication with all stakeholders and internal management

• Worked on 2 different projects over 5 years’ stint. This includes migration of FP&A on British Telecommunication and Wincanton logistics from UK (Procure to Pay and Record to Report).
• Part of transition team and established strong offshore management.
• Part of successful transformation project for Wincanton (legacy systems to Oracle).
