Responsibilities:

• Monitor all security cameras in real-time to ensure constant surveillance of the condominium's common areas, entrances, exits, parking lots, and other sensitive locations.
• Identify and promptly respond to any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches detected through camera feeds.
• Report any potential security threats or incidents to the on-duty security supervisor or appropriate authorities as per established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all camera observations, incidents, and actions taken during your shift.
• Create incident reports that include relevant information about security-related occurrences, providing clear and concise descriptions of events.
• Conduct regular rounds to physically inspect camera equipment and ensure their proper functioning. Report any malfunctioning cameras or equipment issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
• Act swiftly and efficiently during emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or other safety hazards, by coordinating with the on-duty security team and alerting emergency services when necessary.
• Assist in monitoring and managing access control systems, including key card access and visitor sign-ins, to ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed entry into the condominium premises.
• Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Offer directions and guidance to residents and visitors, helping them find specific locations within the condominium.
