• Integrated VTOL (Vertical Takeoff and Landing) propulsion units and flight control surfaces onto the airframe, ensuring precise alignment and functionality of all mechanical linkages.
• Utilized precision hand and power tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, pressure gauges, Drills and Hardware) to build and calibrate integrated systems, maintaining rigorous quality standards and strong ESD practices.
• Utilized software such as ERP/MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, and Forge), and MS Office Suite. Completed Workorders.

• Supported the production, modification, and sustainment of F-35 Lightning II aircraft, ensuring optimal mechanical condition and flight readiness.
• Performed detailed mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of aircraft components and subsystems, working from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical orders.
• Assembled major aircraft structures, including center fuselages, bulkheads, and stabilizers, utilizing specialized jigs and fixtures to align parts to exacting tolerances.
• Installed various systems components, including flight controls, hydraulic components, and fuel lines, ensuring compliance with all technical orders and quality control requirements.
