• Supervise all supply-chain management operations, including forecasting, sourcing, procurement, pricing, conversion, distribution and logistics.

• Work closely with warehouse personnel to maintain knowledge of their system.
• Maintain direct and exclusive interaction with six banks to pay exact amount specified on assessment notice and do other customs documentations.
• Signing and securing release stamps and signatures from different customs units e.g., Customs and Immigration Union, Customs Gate control etc
• Signing of examination form by government agencies at the seaport; e.g Police, State Security Service, Anti-drugs, Anti-Bomb, National Agency For Food And Drug Administration And Control, Standard Organization of Nigeria, Quarantine etc.

● Track onshore transport, warehousing, arranging cargo insurance, securing cargo space, working out freight charges, filling out shipping and export documentation and freight consolidation.

● Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking account of the perishable or hazardous nature of the goods, cost, transit time and security.

● Managed customs clearance procedures, transport documents and insurance paperwork.

• Minimize risks, and protect assets, ensure accuracy of records, promotes operational efficiency and encourage adherence to policies, rules, regulations and laws.
• Ensure all credit adjudication approval conditions on terms of loan and/or security requirements are complied with and on file; input all documentation as required.
• Complete full or standard review on loan files and documentations to identify irregularities and escalate as needed.

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid argument to existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales effort with six team members, and other departments.
• Kept abreast of best practices, and promotional trends.
