• Consistently monitor Wenco Fleet Management to efficiently dispatch the open pit haul trucks.
• Report and communicate with the maintenance team any mechanical failures or needs from the open pit and auxiliary crew.
• Manage statuses to ensure proper reporting of KPI.
• Promote high standards of health and safety culture and ensure procedures are followed.
• Respond to Code 1 situations and coordinate with the ERT team.
• Monitor different alarms and trigger protocols such as the underground ventilation, emergency showers, stench gas, slope stability radars.

• Leading sealift loading/unloading operations
• Validating accuracy of manifests
• Validate information in the Unassigned Backhaul

• Follow priority lists to load trucks
• Create LME for transportation
• Assist fuel unloading
• Maintain great relations with local community

• Weighting/strapping parts
• Prepare cookies for the plane
• Completing checklist for safe air/sea transportation
• Good communication with CTMN for cargo
• Creating dangerous goods documents
• Entering all shipping information in JDE
• Logistics between Meadowbank/Baker
• Good communication with plane loading/unloading team
• Creating boat/plane manifest
• Keeping track of all shipments and following up if needed

All tasks associated with repairable/core

• Creating repair orders
• Contacting supplier for repair orders
• Follow ups on core returns
• Creating orders for all COR/REP parts
• Keeping a healthy loop of REP/COR parts
• Analyzing needs for COR/REP parts
• Answering questions from other department about all REP/COR
• Making sure the processes in place for REP/COR are respected
