Mowing crew supervisor. In charge of dispatching 20 lawn care crews of 2 people all around the city of Calgary. Dealing with all the interactions of the crew as a go between between labor and management.. Some of the issues were but not limited to payroll. maintenance, human resources issues, sheduling .

I was a floater here. I ran the supper compressor, ran the front end loaders, forklifts, loaded trucks, built part of the expansion. I was generally a jack of all trades.
