This survey will provide CAM with a baseline measure of current state prior to moving towards the Net Promoter survey which will incorporate the close loop feedback.
  • Implementation3-KOALA Product Launch (Credit Card): The purpose of this project is to launch a new card product - MasterCard Association to CIBC. Earlier CIBC was providing only VISA cards and after implementation of this project they were able to serve Canadian customers with duality option in credit card business. Managed E2E Testing across Lob’s (CPCT, RBSS DT-OLB, VBR) for the following core functionalities - Card Issuance, Transaction processing, Payment processing, Account maintenance, Credit Smart alerts, and e-Statements. De-commissioning of existing VISA products - Gold, Aventura, and Dividend.
  • Implementation4-CIBC Aventura card (Credit Card Launch-Payments, ATM): The purpose of this project is to launch travel benefits of Visa infinite including access to luxury travel, hotels, dining, and entertainment, worldwide.
  • Implementation5-FIND – Big Data Testing: The purpose of this project is a new TransUnion input file (Request file sent from DRS to TransUnion) and TransUnion output file (Response file received from the TransUnion to DRS) are to be created and files are to be transferred in a secure manner between TransUnion and CAM (Client Account Manager) application service provider, Techcom. Files sent to vendor TransUnion would include selected No Phone and No Contact delinquent customers scrubbing. CAM is going to be using the Trans Union telephone Scrub service for enhancing the customer telephone numbers. This initiative will increase efficiencies and reduce manual skip trace process by CAM.
