Field Placement Student
I am second semester student so I have my placement until April 14th at Learning Garden Childcare. This is not my first time working with children but it was my first professional experience. I did 25 days of placement. In these days I learned a lot, how to handle some situations, children's routines, the importance of play. In that period I was organizing activities for the children (in total 14 activities ) that were engaging and educational, I was observing and writing reports and organizing activities based on the observation. I was also engaging in lunch time, i served the children and fed them. Changed diapers occasionally, washed hands and face, dress up, making beds, wiping tables. I provided a lot of toys from my college resource center.
