Balancebird Surf Brand offers a diverse range of products, centered around its signature balance board.

Additionally, the brand produces a capsule clothing line for snowboarders, including hoodies, bags, hats, stickers, and skateboards.

I built the Balancebird Surf Brand from the ground up, mastering the art of working with diverse materials to create durable and vibrant products. My role involved a balanced blend of creativity and craftsmanship, spending 50% of my time in Adobe Suite for design work and the remaining 50% in the wood workshop, honing my skills to bring innovative ideas to life.

My responsibilities included:

• Leading prototype and full-cycle product development.
• Designing new collections of balance boards.
• Preparing files for printing and laser/CNC cutting.
• Managing communication with dealers and buyers.
• Handling international shipping and accounting.
• Creating mockups and product photos for the website and marketplaces.
• Developing packaging and merchandise.
• Designing visuals for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Producing mockups, photos, and all branding components for merchandise.
• Staying updated on surfboard and snowboard design trends to anticipate future mainstream preferences.
