Lead Business Analysis &System Design: Led the design and requirements
documentation for a new in-house client management platform, including integration with
other systems and the development of new modules.
Data Strategy &Migration Expertise: Designed a complex data modeling solution in MS
Excel for migrating 97% of clients to a new service provider and developed an Excel-based
tool to automate large-scale historical claims data migration.
Agile Documentation & Planning: Created comprehensive user stories, epics, use cases,
workflow plans, and detailed UI/CRM reporting requirements, also configuring templates
for insurance industry booklets.
Development Lifecycle & Release Management: Established a consistent development
release cycle to ensure continuous delivery of designed changes and managed ongoing
project progression.
Quality Assurance Stakeholder Reporting: Developed user test cases, performed functional testing, validated results against
acceptance criteria, and prepared regular reports and presentations for senior management on project status and deliverables.
The operations team played a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely deployment of fiber optic infrastructure and network connectivity at Equinix.
