I have worked in many Automotive industries, started from HR generalist to training and processes, due to my performance and interest in internal processes and improvement projects, i got promoted to world class manufacturing people development pillar leader & then WCM Regional Coordinator for India( all 6 business lines).

From 2015-Present due to family planning, i left industry and delivered as Guest/Visiting Faculty, lectures in various Management & Engineering Institutes on WCM, & various current industrial trend subjects.
