Accomplished accurate execution of day to day activities established in EES guidelines successfully regarding Distributed, Network and I Series, contributing a larger work volume to EES Teams which also included several OT hours, contributing more for the Teams while in requirement
Achieved new heights expanding my knowledge across EES and OCG environments; fulfilled new duties in OCG such as composing App IAs, Drafting TO for the day and participating in OCG hosted conference bridge calls
Also, carried out duties such as sending out VOXX, ECO turn over and dispatching Tickets, extending above beyond from the assigned work, helping out EES/OCG as a Team
Committed to the timely pattern recognition of Major and Extensive app alarms and actioned in swift manner for the mitigation and quick resolution of any major impact
Continued to excel in knowledge transfer to the new recruits, sharing documents and personal notes and providing them with the depth of understanding required: such as basics of IT infrastructure, Network equipment and their functionalities, correlation amongst different alarms, etc
For the betterment of EES Teams along with thorough quality checks
Exhibited leadership qualities by showing initiation in the areas of EES that required improvisation and when it comes to balancing the workload to excel better as a Team
