• Lead a team with 10 developers providing with detailed requirements, monitor development work, review the code & providing suggestions on coding best practices, guidance on test plans & documentation.
• Experience with the implementation of Discovery, MID server configurations, and Event Management, used OOB patterns, probes, and sensors for Discovery.
• Good understanding on existing CSDM 1.0 model for maintaining and onboarding new service model into ALCON system. Construct manual business service maps with relationships and dependencies.
• Work closely with CMDB Product owner on improving the overall CMDB Health, Reconciliation activities to reduce Orphan CI and stale CIs.
• Provide technical guidance to platform operations and implementation teams for maintaining health of the platform.

Client - Kroger Project – ServiceNow Implementation and Operations

• New ServiceNow Implementation from existing vFire application for all ITSM modules and 20+ integrations with different Vendors.
• Established integration with Azure Active Directory using SAML for seamless login into ServiceNow.
• Integrated with On-prem directory through LDAP to pull in users and groups information from various domains using mid server approach.
• Implemented various integrations which includes JIRA integration, Ebonding integration with multiple vendors, xMatters integration.
• Established Column level encryption to encrypt fields having PII data on Incidents and HR case forms.

• Implementation of ITSM PRO capabilities – Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, ITSM Mobile agent app
• Implementation of ServiceNow AI Search application on Service Portal, replacing the legacy Zing search, providing improved user search experience.
• Assess instance health by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan & provide key suggestions/remediation steps based on scan results.
• Provide technical guidance to platform operations and implementation teams for maintaining health of the platform.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow licensing models, pricing structures, and license optimization strategies.

Client - McDonald's Corporation Project – End to End Integration using Integration Hub/Flow Designer

• Established complete End to End integration between ServiceNow and 5 different vendor applications.
• Redesigned the existing integration & implemented new model using Integration Hub/Flow Designer covering all complex use cases for Incident, Change and Problem records.

Client - COCA-COLA Company Project – ServiceNow Enhancement and Operations

• Build Ebonding integration framework for connecting ServiceNow and Vendor applications, common framework utilized by multiple vendors and easy to onboard new vendor with minimum configurations.
• Redesigned & Implemented Change management workflows as per the requirements from CM team.
• IT Asset Management – Asset–CI synchronization, Hardware manual load, Hardware product model import from external sources.
• Maintenance and support ServiceNow Discovery and MID servers and CMDB Health.
