Relevant Academic Project

Unit Operations Project (Winter 2022)

  • Developed an Arduino system capable of autonomously filling a tank with water to a user-specified level.
  • Programmed the Arduino and sensors to perform the required tasks using C programming language.
  • Researched various parts that needed to be ordered and completed procurement within the budget provided.
  • Maintained an engineering log of all steps involved in the project's design process and presented the demonstration of the tank mechanism to the class.

Projectile Motion Design Project (Fall 2019)

  • Designed and built an automated launching device that utilized projectile motion to deliver a hacky sack to the center of a scoring/target grid, this project was done in groups of four for the Engineering Design 1 course in the fall of 2019.
  • The parts of the device were designed and assembled with the help of a 3D modelling software (Solidworks 2019) and the actual device was made using wood with the help of various tools available in the workshop.
  • Produced a technical report on the catapult system which was presented to a class of approximately 40 students.

Volunteer Activities

  • Protect Your Mom (July 2018) : Assisted this charitable organization in spreading awareness about breast cancer.
  • Dubai Cares (April 2018) :Represented my school, GEMS Our Own Indian School, and attended several programs such as, Walk for Education, Ramadan Initiatives etc.
