Communicated with three different technical disciplines to understand and reduce/eliminate operational issues.
Investigated and characterized existing waste soap and oil streams by creating up-to-date process flow diagrams.
Identified equipment and process options and recommended solutions to reduce total weight of this waste stream by 50% and increase its value to the end consumer.
Understood what process parameters impact outgoing quality; focused on quantifying the variation and implementing a system to control the process.
