I consider the most important foundation of technology to be people, and my focus lies on the crossroads between human and computer interaction. My experiences implementing software and AI in hospitals, in the broader healthcare ecosystem, and finally across billions of users worldwide has taught me that the key to making business and technology decisions must first and foremost come from a deeper understanding of human behavior. I have devoted myself to this pursuit of understanding over the years, and as a technical lead at Meta I have the opportunity to take my theories and implement them into practice, reaffirming to me the unique organism that is online behavior and the potential it has to make the world a better, and sometimes worse, place.
My passion has always been people and technology - whether it's in healthcare, social media, or AR/VR experiences - and I will continue to better understand how businesses can enhance that intersectional experience not only a technologist, but also as a friendly neighbor.
