¨ Creating Salary accounts for the New employees and issue their ID cards/ Swipe cards.
¨ Arrange CUG Numbers, Business Cards, Uniform and Shoes
¨ Maintaining Employees personal files.
¨ Processing employees Probation, Confirmation, Salary revision, Transfers, and Promotion letters as per Company Standards.
¨ Arrange B’day Cards and Gifts for all Festivals and Celebrations
Statutory Compliances:
¨ Responsible for Processing Salary around 1000 Employees in SAP – Hiring, Transfer, Separation, Attendance Data, Leave Records, Data Maintenance, Generating Payslip etc.
¨ Coordinate for Monthly and Yearly Appraisal with Plant HR and Management
¨ Maintain CTC of All Employees.
¨ Generate ESI Temporary Card and File Monthly Contribution.
¨ Follow up for PF, LWF & Professional tax Remittance.
¨ Process Employees Group Health Insurance & Group Personal Accident Policy.
¨ Responsible for Employees Leave records.
¨ Responsible for Renewal of Agreements.
¨ Responsible for Yearly EL Encashment, Festival Advance & Bonus
¨ Process Advances, Reimbursement and Travel Expenses
¨ Process Internal Scholarship for Educational Loan .
¨ Service Award for Respective Employees.
¨ Responsible for Monthly Incentive , Contract Employee Salary, Govt Apprentice Salary & CPAT Salary
¨ Responsible for all Allowances
Employee Engagement/ Training & Development:
¨ Responsible for In House Magazine Quarterly Issue
Oversaw training logistics and tracked participation, maintaining accurate training records
HRMIS & Final Settlement
¨ Preparation of various MIS report time to time on regular and need basis.
¨ Maintain Statistics Report as per the requirement of Top Management
¨ Process the exit formalities for full & final settlement.
