• Responsible for unlocking and locking the dispensary, ensuring security protocols are followed during opening and closing.
• Overseeing staff during shifts,providing guidance & ensuring that employees are performing their duties effectively.
• Assisting customers with their needs, answering questions and providing recommendations to ensure their experience
• Assisting in inventory counts, monitoring stock levels, and helping to manage product orders to ensure availability.
• Addressing all customers complaints and issues that arise during shifts And ensuring a positive resolution.
• Managing cash registers, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
