• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and standards within Ontario
• O.Reg 153/04 - Expertise in site assessment (Phase I and Phase II) and soil & groundwater characterization, analytical chemistry, including the submission of Records of Site Condition (RSCs)
• Soil and Groundwater Remediation
• O.Reg 406/19 - Supervising and implementation of excess soil management, and associated environmental project
• Developed and implemented environmental management plans for other related environmental/ geotechnical projects or testing (O.Reg 169/03, O.Reg 243/07, Soil Vapor Testing)
• O.Reg 278/05 - Organizing, performing, and offering technical advice and project management for hazardous materials assessment
• Organizing, performing, and offering technical advice and project management for mould assessment (including supervision of abatement/remediation projects)
• Carrying out, documenting, and analyzing indoor air quality evaluations (instrumental/ laboratory testing for general air quality or specific parameters) and hazardous materials abatement/ remediation projects, with comprehensive understanding of both provincial and federal standards and regulations
• Preparation of proposals, monitoring of budgets, management of costs, and handling of invoicing

Architecture Design Project Experience

• Work together with design and production team members to create fully integrated architectural working/construction documents and meet schedule
• Manage the consultant project team across all stages of a project
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the process of obtaining Building Permit
• Assist in development of client relationships and expanding business opportunities
• Experience in coordinating teams while understand and contributing to all phase of the project
• General knowledge of all stages of project document creation and the connection between drawings and specifications
