Working with battery powered packs used to power up forklifts
Assembly and testing of Communication Eboxes unit consist of 6 boards including indicators, radios and mother boards as well contactor, dc power unit, and as much as 12 different cables
Using variety of hand tools screw drivers, wrenches, socket wrench, rivet gun, drills and torque wrench
Cable assembly per drawing using wire strippers, wire cutters, crimper, ethernet crimper and soldering involved for some wire bonding
As work was slow, I would as well assist on the battery pack station on the installation and routing of bars and bolts all along the batteries as well logics wiring required depending on the battery packs formation or model
Repairing damaged charging stations as well replacing bad logic cables on batteries
Charging of batteries and well discharge for testing purposes
RMA was also required from replacing parts to troubleshooting to diagnose an asset the problem an replace any part needed
