  • Collaborated closely with internal Royal BC Museum teams including, Natural History, Indigenous Collections and Repatriation, Volunteer Service, and Visitor Experience to ensure seamless integration of partnership efforts within community engagement strategy.

  • Remodeled outreach actions and strategies to reflect cultural diversity, and inclusivity, strengthening community ties to the museum, by establishing mutually beneficial relationships, and by endeavouring to influence small (25) and large scale (>250) diverse community participation in public events.
  • Strategic Lead on development of Nanaimo/North Region, strategic partnerships and creative coordinated initiatives/activities between Museum and key partners, exhibition and curation, academic institutions, multi-cultural communities, and government partners, to ensure that the Museum is accessible to all British Columbians during and after proposed modernization process.
  • Empowered regional relationship builder, educator, and energetic conduit between various Indigenous, Metis, Inuit, South Asian, and Black communities across the province.
