Worked with students, teachers, parents, and administration to build Pride, Respect, and Hustle into the school culture. Focused on player development on the court and in the classroom. Emphasized player and family buy-in to increase morale and student success. Additionally built a community service program to increase community involvement. Also volunteered in the Boosters Club by running snack booth, organizing fundraisers, and recruiting other volunteers for 18 years.

Supervised youth(13-18 year old delinquents) in a group home setting, created menu, ran group sessions, guided individual goals, supervised group activities, designed behavioral reward system, cooked meals, supervised chores and helped develop life skills, encourage self-awareness, and worked one-on-one as well as in groups to complete homework and guide educational plans.
