• Worked as Scrum Master managing 2 agile team developing applications on cloud for Pharmacy Central

• Worked on various Application Development projects as a Functional Analyst/Functional Lead to Enhance/Customize/Extend Oracle Applications, mainly in Supply Chain domain

This Project included importing the acquired company’s orders, prescriptions, and customer data into IRIS, making sure that the eligibility information can be obtained from the PBM for the newly acquired patients and orders for the patients go through fulfillment process successfully.
• Involved in the upgrade of Oracle Application from R12.0.6 to R12.2.4 as a Functional Analyst
• Supported Electronic Prescription System as Functional Lead to intake prescriptions electronically from the Prescribers to fulfill the orders for patients
• Was involved in Web, Refill, Transfer and Fill Project as a Functional Lead to give capabilities to patients to order new medication requests through Portal
• Implemented ICD-10 Project in the role of a Functional Lead. This project converted Diagnosis and Medical Condition Codes in the IRIS application from ICD-9 format to ICD-10 format.
• Managed Order Management team, which included both business and IT resources, for 8 months during the Release 2 of IRIS. The responsibilities included daily work assignment, status tracking, preparing status updates for the management etc.
• Involved as a Functional Analyst during the implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.0.6

Project Lead:

• The Coordination of Benefits project gave the capability to the users to perform coordination of benefits for the members, gave the application the ability to bill multiple Payers and perform billing and reconciliation at the PBM/client level. Involved in the design and management of the Project.
• The MSIII project recognized the new mail service facility, enhanced Management tools to view whole queue picture, backlog between multiple sites, and work completed at multiple sites. Involved in the design and management of the Project.

Senior Systems Analyst

• RxEXPRESS was an application that enabled business to perform day-to-day activities involved in the Mail Order Pharmacy. It helped users to create and maintain prescriptions, orders, patient, coverage, doctor, and drug information. Involved in the design, development and implementation of new business requirements.
