Provide assistance for patients throughout each unit in the health centre; including helping the nurses, assist with documentation and vitals, minor housekeeping; and much more.

• Practical experience in providing daily living support within a Person-Centred framework to persons with complex needs
• Experience in assisting the assessment, implementation and evaluation of interventions for persons who have an intellectual disability and are experiencing emotional, behavioural and medical complexities
• Provide support independently and in a team environment for a variety of clients with developmental disabilities including personal care; daily programming and skill building, medication administration, following and understanding Behaviour Support Plans as well as various types of data collection
• Routine cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, etc
• And other common cleanliness duties.

• Partner with the classroom teacher to plan and implement a full-day early learning program within a classroom setting which will enhance children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
• Provide as needed fill in support within the Guelph/Wellington education region; being on call for close to 50 locations of educational programs and schools ranging from elementary to high school level
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other community services mm working
• Occasionally provide supervision and age-appropriate (learning) programming for groups of students as part of the extended day program as required

• Instruct, advise or support individuals on managing household cleanliness, grooming hygiene, nutrition, and other personal care needs; experience in providing daily living support within a Person-Centred framework to persons with complex needs
• Support, promote and encourage individuals to live independently at their fullest capacity to enjoy their fullest quality of life, including but not limited to engaging residents in meaningful activities such as being involved in enjoyable community outings, exercise, leisure and recreational or work activities
• Housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, meal planning, laundry and other errands
• Maintain knowledge of current best practices in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through adequate and ongoing training and support
• Follow and implement support plans including data collection and collaboration/reporting to the Senior Behaviour Therapist
