Starting as a cashier for the service department, I booked appointments and payments were made through me. Did that for about a few months. Later, I moved to be an Admin for the parts department. My duties entail bookkeeping and accounts receivable Reconcile invoices daily. Calculate dollar amounts to ensure accuracy and disbursement to correct accounts. Maintain parts deliveries while communicating with vendors to ensure projected dates are correct. If incorrect I follow up, file a claim and reschedule. I then communicate my findings to my lead. Place high volume orders electronically daily. Ensuring order is being processed by the correct facility.
