· Currently training to set up, changeover, and efficiently run Labeler machine (Aesus).

· Trained on verification of item number and label revision control for proper labeling when issue by QA.

· Troubleshooting Labeler machine during production run.

· Counting and returning labels when production is complete.

· Providing line lead the quantity issued, used and returned for proper label loss calculations.

· Properly disposed damaged labels.

· Reporting Line lead, Operations Specialist and Maintenance team, any mechanical problem to avoid downtime and to keep the machine functioning properly.

· Increased product quality through meticulous monitoring of machine settings and making adjustments as needed.

• Set up the filler and checkweigher machines to the specifications for determined product run, such as line speed and fill rates.
• Set equipment for line changeovers ensuring proper setting are in place prior to start the run.
• Sign Redzone filler start up and hardware accountability check list data sheets.
• Work with the team and maintenance to perform quick changeovers and limit downtime.
• Responsible for the safe and continuous running of machines to fill, and package powders into jugs, bags, boxes, drums and totes.
• Communicate with line lead, operations specialist and maintenance team and report equipment issue preventing the equipment from running efficiently. Working with the team to troubleshoot and resolve the issues with equipment.
• Maintaining schedule production rate to achieve the daily goals.
• Complete production paperwork including GMP, SOPs, Forms, WDIs.
• Clean equipment and production areas as scheduled and when necessary.

· Work on production lines to fill, label, and package powders into jugs, bags, and boxes. Work at scheduled production pace.

· Learn and operate production equipment based on training and management approval.

· Help other line personnel to respond to line bottlenecks.

· Work with management and team to perform quick changeovers and to limit downtime.

· Work with management and production team to attain team and company goals.

· Help production team continuously improve on product quality, cost, delivery and safety.

· Follow employee training including GMP, job skill, safety, and improvement oriented training.

· Clean equipment and production area as scheduled and when necessary.
