Responsibilities:

• Managing QA vertical for Natwest Group from Accenture.
• Acting as a Scrum Master for one of the scrum teams and facilitating sprint planning, review, retrospective, and daily scrum
  meetings
• Closely working with Product Owner for backlog grooming and refinement for Trades & Transaction Reporting of FX Options.

Responsibilities:

• Led a test team of 5 for Front Office Testing Team for MiFID II Reporting - Test planning, Defect management and status reporting across test phases.

Project Brief: The Integrated Risk and Compliance Program (IRCP) project is a jointly sponsored Enterprise Operational Risk and Compliance program focused on implementing a new all-encompassing application to support risk and compliance management. The main focus area of IRCP program is to implement a new Risk and Compliance platform across the Enterprise which will replace the 3 current systems – Accord, Radar and Controls Assurance. The Integrated Risk and Compliance Program (IRCP) will be replacing multiple internal systems with a new eGRC solution which is the IBM Open Pages product to simplify the way bank’s Obligations, Controls, and Assurance activities are managed.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting workshops with different business teams to understand the requirements and finalize their requirement.
