As part of their commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience, we implemented a comprehensive CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution to replace their existing Vando CPQ system.

Fox-Mar is the leader in South Florida for school pictures and senior portraits, serving over 100 high schools and K-8 schools. To improve scheduling and coordination, we integrated Salesforce with Google Calendar using Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture.

Palladium Real Estate Group sought to enhance its system integration by connecting Salesforce with external systems using Mulesoft as a middleware. This integration was designed to make their operations run more smoothly and their operations for better data management and improved customer service, specifically focusing on their Golex properties and homebuyer processes.
My Contributions:
Deployed the integration from the sandbox environment to production. In mulesoft as well as in Salesforce.
TTMS Software Company as a Senior Salesforce Consultant for Roche Pharmaceuticals. I worked in the TTMS Software Company as a senior Salesforce consultant for Roche Pharmaceuticals on one of their projects, Patient Connect 360 (Health Cloud).
Later, I was promoted to a team lead for the main project of Roche, i.e., APAC CRM. I worked as a Senior Salesforce Consultant/Team Lead for the client, Roche Pharmaceuticals. I am serving as the Technical Lead for the Enhancement project, the Operational task, and working in the Agile Software Development model.
I am responsible for delivering all the work from business users from all countries. I am also responsible for performing maintenance tasks around the CRM environment for all countries affiliated with Roche.

Peak Resort was the marketing cloud project I was responsible for developing the email automation structure and syncing the Salesforce contact data with the marketing cloud data extension. I was also responsible for creating HTML email templates according to the client's requirements. Configuration and design of the journey builder were also developed. I serve as a tech lead in a project. I also trained 2 developers during the project development.
Developed Player Management solution offering comprehensive 360 views of players to enhance customer engagement.
The requirement of Phase 1 for the project was to integrate Salesforce.com with the Trust Company of America (TCA) system through REST API. The objective was to enhance the experience of TCA customers using Salesforce.com for prospecting and other CRM functions. One of the key improvements was enabling users to easily access statements and tax documents within Salesforce Financial Account records.
As part of this process, the TCA Account ID needed to be stored in the appropriate Salesforce Financial Account record. Once the Account or Contact contained the matching TCA system account ID, the customer could retrieve current or past tax documents or statements directly within Salesforce
Key Contributions:This integration provided a seamless experience for users, enabling them to access tax documents, retrieve financial statements, and digitally sign agreements without leaving Salesforce.

Worked on web services to get a JSON response from Info Connect and then converted the filtered data into a CSV file so that it could be uploaded in Salesforce through SDL.

Create a demo of CPQ Deal Desk features for Dreamforce 2014. Features include a dashboard home page with a graph showing the Pipeline Opportunities, Already Quoted Opportunities, and Current Quarter Renewals. The graph is drill-down-capable to launch into other SDFC pages, SDFC canvas App, CPQ, or Glider.
The dashboard will also provide a way to query upsell opportunities based on products or customers that the user provides.
My main responsibility on this project is Conga composer implementation. They use this tool to create quotations and send invoices to their existing customers. I also worked on the configuration of the sales and service cloud.
