Volunteer with St Vincent De Paul

 

The main mission of the St. Vincent de Paul Society is to help those who are struggling with poverty and hardship. This includes providing basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, as well as offering financial assistance and support services such as job training, counseling, and education.

The charity operates through local chapters, called conferences, which are made up of volunteers who are dedicated to helping those in need in their communities. These volunteers visit people in their homes, assess their needs, and provide them with whatever support they require.

St. Vincent de Paul is also involved in advocacy work, lobbying governments and other organizations to address the root causes of poverty and inequality.
