
Started my hospitality journey as a Server Assistant in an Italian restaurant, where I built a strong understanding of food, service standards, and guest experience. After almost a year, I joined a high-end fine dining restaurant as a Busser and learned how to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. I was later promoted to Food Runner, where I developed strong skills in delivering dishes accurately using table and seat numbers without auctioning plates.
I then joined to another fine dining restaurant as a Server Assistant, expanding my knowledge of food presentation, beverage and wine service, and guest interaction. I also had the opportunity to work as an Expeditor, acting as the link between the kitchen and service team, which gave me a deeper understanding of kitchen operations and service flow.
Currently, I work full-time and am training as a Bartender, a role I have always wanted, continuing to grow my skills in beverage service and hospitality.
