I previously worked at Starbucks in South Korea as a Shift Supervisor, where I gained valuable experience in customer service and store operations.
During this role, I learned how important it is to welcome every customer warmly, even in a fast-paced environment. I enjoyed connecting with customers, remembering their preferences, and ensuring they felt valued during every visit. These experiences taught me the importance of genuine care and building long-term relationships.
My time at Starbucks also showed me how a coffeehouse can serve as more than just a place to purchase drinks—it can also be a community hub where people feel connected and a sense of belonging.
If given the opportunity to join Starbucks in Canada, I would bring this same passion for customer service. I would be eager to welcome every customer with kindness and a warm smile, creating small but meaningful moments that brighten their day. I believe these experiences are what make Starbucks special, and I am enthusiastic about contributing to that culture here in Toronto.
